Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain critical logistics data across various platforms, including Google Sheets, Shopify, ASN systems, and other softwares.
- Product Management: Assist the Distribution Manager with product launches and updates by accurately uploading product information to Shopify and various retail partner portals.
- Operational Communication: Serve as a key point of contact by communicating effectively with the distribution team, internal departments, and 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners.
- Ensure a clear and timely flow of information to coordinate shipments, resolve issues, and support daily operations.
- Confidentiality & Security: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive company information, including unreleased products and upcoming business strategies.

- 1 year of relevant experience required
