Responsibilities

- You'll take ownership of front-end operations while building a high-performing, engaged team that provides outstanding service to every customer.
- Through coaching, collaboration, and strong operational oversight, you'll help create a store environment rooted in trust, teamwork, and excellence.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Front-End Specialist to execute strategies that achieve business goals and operational success.
- Build a culture of trust and engagement through one-on-one coaching and regular team huddles that share goals, celebrate wins, exchange product knowledge, and encourage feedback.
- Oversee daily front-end operations and deliverables including cash service, overrides, cart retrieval, scheduling, payroll support, and overall department cleanliness.
- Manage Floral Department operations, including merchandising, ordering, inventory control, and financial performance
- Clear, confident, and effective communication style, with demonstrated experience engaging, coaching, and developing teams.

- Ensure consistent adherence to all Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in store coverage rotation as Manager on Duty, including opening and closing procedures and emergency response support, as required.
- Successful completion of a Public Health Food Handler certification, Smart Serve, and Level A First Aid and Basic CPR certification, or a commitment to complete all required certifications within six months.
- Comfort learning and working with both manual and automated systems, along with experience using various computer software applications.
