Responsibilities
- Maintain food temperatures, food quality, and appearance of prepared food to established standards
- Support any other Food & Beverage departments as needed
- Join our team to help create and develop the future of live entertainment and sports in Orange County!
- Cooks support kitchen operations by assisting Chefs and other kitchen staff.

Skills
- General understanding of cooking procedures
- Demonstrated knife skills
- Able to work multiple stations in a kitchen
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Able to execute a project on time
- Working knowledge of state and local health code requirements
- Able to work a flexible schedule in all kitchen locations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work as a team player
- Must have mastered all responsibilities related to Cook 3
- Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Education - Less Than High School
