About the role
- As the Director of Materials Management, you will provide executive leadership for the Company's Configuration, Warehouse, Inventory Management, and Disposition operations.
- You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth across all Materials Management functions.
- The essential functions of this position include:
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales teams to support business development efforts and strategic customer opportunities.
- Develop solutions and responses for RFP opportunities.
- Provide cost inputs and operational assumptions to support opportunity pricing and profitability analysis.
- Partner with Marketing to develop and maintain sales collateral and promote Materials Management capabilities.
- Support strategic customer presentations and executive-level business reviews.
- Maintain overall P&L responsibility for all materials management related services
- Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions to achieve revenue, margin, and expense objectives.
Requirements
- Lead facility expansion, consolidation, and relocation initiatives as required.
Compensation
- Develop annual operating plans, department budgets, and financial forecasts.
