Campbell's has a variety of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support employees.
Performs microbiological and analytical testing of products, ingredients, food components, and environmental samples under the guidance of the supervisor.
Maintain pertinent cultures and/or purity testing as needed under the direction of supervisor.
Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots all equipment and instrumentation associated with assigned assays and duties.

Ensures quality conformance to microbiological, analytical, and other specifications for all samples submitted, as required.
This position is required to conduct microbial tests of food products and environmental samples using established Campbell's protocols under the guidance of the supervisor.
This position is required to conduct spoilage analysis and risk assessment studies of finished products and ingredients under the guidance of the supervisor.
The candidate must be able to clearly interpret the results and report findings to supervisor.

Bachelor's degree in food safety, microbiology, or equivalent; a minimum of 1 year of experience in a microbiology laboratory or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
