About the role
- About Exus Renewables North America Exus Renewables North America is a leading independent developer and operator of utility-scale renewable energy projects, dedicated to advancing clean energy solutions across the United States.
- The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting activities of both the IPP and 3 rd party Asset Management projects.
- They will be responsible for reviewing and conducting financial transactions, account statements, reconciling accounts receivable, and resolving bank discrepancies.
Nice to have
- Ensure technical compliance for a variety of accounting topics under both US GAAP and IFRS, including complex areas such as derivatives, business combinations and purchase accounting.
- Prepare and issue monthly and quarterly financial reports, including audited financial statements.
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable and general accounting functions in partnership with dedicated teams for client projects.
- Ensure all accounting practices are following legal guidelines and accounting principles.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and year-end analyses and reporting packages as needed for clients and for Exus and for consolidated audits.
- Ensure compliance filings are submitted on time.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- BS degree in accounting
