Responsibilities

  • Business Process: Lead discovery sessions for your dedicated workstream/business function to capture complex requirements and translate them into efficient business processes.
  • System Configuration: Drive end-to-end implementation and configuration of NetSuite, ensuring seamless alignment with third-party applications and ecosystem integrations.
  • Process Validation: Perform testing on system configuration and processes are aligned with client requirements.
  • Data Management: Drive the transformation, migration and integration of client data to NetSuite to enable the usage and adoption of NetSuite for ongoing business activities at cutover.
  • End User Testing & Training: Develop comprehensive testing and training programs
  • lead client sessions to ensure high adoption rates.
  • Quality Documentation: Produce high-quality, professional project deliverables, including functional requirement documents and technical specifications.
  • proactively manage escalations, maintain RAID logs, and build long-term client trust.
  • Resource Management: Manage individual tasks and timelines to ensure optimal utilization and on-time project delivery.
  • Process Design: Prepare current and to-be process documentation that presents the strategy, architecture and design of the proposed solution that effectively addresses these requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 3+ years working with NetSuite (implementation or as an end user).
  • Infinite curiosity with an ability to independently problem-solve and explore solutions/answers using available resources, AI tools, etc.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada and be able to provide proof of employment eligibility upon hire.
  • Understanding of business process improvement, and ability to incorporate leading practices and recommendations to drive efficiencies.
  • Humility to expand efforts within an engagement and take on project responsibilities/ roles as needed to successfully get the job done.
  • Commitment to hitting major project milestones as defined in the project plan, including proactive communication/escalation when encountered with blockers.
  • Proactive outreach to project team members on work status.
  • Strong communication skills.

Compensation

  • Specific compensation plans will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the office location, role, KPI's, skill set and level of experience.
  • Base salary compensation for this position ranges from:
  • United States: USD $100,000 - $150,000
  • Canada: CAD $137,000 - $200,000
  • Annual incentive compensation target of 10-20% of salary, paid in quarterly installments.
