Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale systems spanning frontend and backend
- Tackle complex technical challenges in system design, scalability, reliability, and performance
- Operate with significant autonomy - own major technical decisions and be accountable for architectural outcomes
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, architecture reviews, and documentation
- Thrives with high autonomy and ownership - you want to drive technical strategy and own major architectural decisions without micromanagement

Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated ability to work across the full stack
- Experience with event-driven architectures
