Responsibilities
- Support achievement of strategic nursing goals, quality outcomes, and workforce engagement initiatives.
- Develop and oversee nursing specific leadership development programs for frontline and emerging nurse leaders in partnership with Human Resources and Talent Development.
- Partner with Human Resources and Talent Development to support workforce planning, recruitment, retention, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.

Compensation
- $116,700.00 - $193,800.00
