About the role
- This role ensures high-quality imaging, accurate data collection, and a positive patient experience while maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA/DXA) scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Perform routine quality control checks and equipment calibration per manufacturer and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure timely and efficient patient care
Requirements
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Certifications (1 of the following required):
- Must be HIPAA compliant
Nice to have
- 1 year experience preforming DEXA scans preferred
