About the role

  • The territory will encompasses the whole state of West Virginia.
  • The role includes ensuring patients adherence to the prescribed test cadence with a focus on improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key personnel at assigned Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.
  • Utilize and maintain internal reports of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume.
  • Be a key team player within the sales organization who can partner with internal stakeholders, such as sales reps, patient coordinators, territory managers, etc., to achieve the best outcomes for the patient and the provider.
  • The Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) is responsible for contributing to account sales, service, and support activities of all Oncology products.
  • Natera takes cyber crimes seriously, and will collaborate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute any related cyber crimes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison or nursing background or a Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Have a strong desire to work in a fast-pace environment and must work independently with an internal drive to be successful
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to effectively present to both internal and external customers
  • Fluent in understanding data spreadsheets and technologies, although the Patient Retention Specialists will continue to lead patient identification and vetting
  • The total on-target earnings package includes a competitive base salary paired with uncapped, quarterly commissions. In addition to OTE, the compensation package offers a car allowance and Restricted Stock Units.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Compensation

  • The total on-target earnings package includes a competitive base salary paired with uncapped, quarterly commissions.
