Market Outreach Specialist is accountable for documenting and prioritizing customer and home needs, determining program eligibility, and supporting installation of energy efficiency measures.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate energy efficiency upgrades
Represent the program at community events, workshops, and outreach activities
Conduct targeted outreach to Spanish-speaking and underserved communities
4-8 years of relevant work experience in home performance, energy efficiency, inspections, outreach, or other in-home customer-facing roles
BPI certification (or similar) preferred or ability to obtain
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a field-based environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00
