About the role
- The base salary for this role is $90,000.
- Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
- Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive underwriting, including credit analysis, company research, and comparable analysis to assess risk, return, and capital structure positioning
- Prepare investment committee materials and support presentations, gaining direct exposure to senior leadership and the decision-making process
- Support transaction execution and due diligence, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors
- Occasionally support fund and investor activities, including preparation of portfolio updates, fundraising materials, and marketing content
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a role emphasizing financial analysis, with demonstrated proficiency in interpreting financial statements and evaluating business risks.
- With over 25 years of experience, the platform recently deployed its $2.3 billion sixth fund and has begun investing its latest vehicle, PGIM Capital Partners VII.

- The base salary for this role is $90,000.
