The Director, Chemical Production Operations, is primarily responsible for leading the department to align with company goals through strategic planning, resource management, and regulatory compliance.

Lead the Chemical Production Operations department, developing and implementing strategies for success.
Perform general maintenance on equipment and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Make key departmental decisions, manage resources, and approve projects.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards.
Participate in team projects to develop process improvement methods and enhance program quality, cost, and scheduling.
Ensure all associates adhere to GxP regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
