- The Director, Chemical Production Operations, is primarily responsible for leading the department to align with company goals through strategic planning, resource management, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Chemical Production Operations department, developing and implementing strategies for success.
- Perform general maintenance on equipment and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Make key departmental decisions, manage resources, and approve projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards.
- Participate in team projects to develop process improvement methods and enhance program quality, cost, and scheduling.
- Ensure all associates adhere to GxP regulations and maintain accurate documentation.

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +18 yrs
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
