- Collect, organize, and transform data to make it visually appealing and simple to both navigate and comprehend for end-users.
- Track key business levers, establish cause and effect, and communicate key findings to various stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analyses on key business trends from multiple perspectives and package the insights into easily consumable presentations.
- Identify key metrics and drive the building of executive-facing dashboards to track the progress of the business and its highest priority initiatives.
- Support new product launches by establishing test and control plans and ensuring constant monitoring is in place to track product performance.
- Create close relationships with stakeholders to anticipate and answer questions that might be asked by executives.

Requirements
- Databases, spreadsheets, and statistical tools (4 years)
- SQL, Python, data mining, and BigQuery analytics (Google Cloud) (4 years)
- Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing experiments for product and feature launches (4 years)
- Experience synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives (4 years)
- Experience working with large, multi-dimensional datasets and solving complex analytical challenges (4 years)
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with the capability to translate findings into actionable recommendations (4 years)
- Data visualization - Tableau (4 years)
- Causal Inference (3 years)

Compensation
- $169,541.00-333,500.00 per annum.
- Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
