Responsibilities
- The Departments of Microbiology and Biology are recruiting an Assistant Professor (tenure-track) to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in microbiology and to develop an externally funded research program in the area of virology.
- The successful candidate should be able to develop and maintain an active and externally-funded research program involving undergraduate, masters, and doctoral students in the field of virology.
- The successful candidate is expected to contribute to student advising; and perform service to the institution and the profession.
Requirements
- Required: Ph.D. and postdoctoral experience in virology, microbiology, biology or related fields.
