About the role

Working closely with our external agency, the Sr.
In addition, this position will launch and scale a UGC/Influencer program to grow brand awareness, customer acquisition, and authentic content creation.
Essential Functions: I nclude the following.

We drive momentum; if there is an opportunity to make us better, we want to hear it
Own the external agency relationship day to day through active management. Meet with them (alongside our Sr. Content Creator) at bi-weekly status meetings and ensuring accountability against all deliverables across scope.
Manage the social content calendar with ICUC and the Sr. Social Content Creator ensuring all key launch dates, brand moments, and content pillars are hit throughout the year
Own the budget for the influencer program and establish clear KPIs for success across platforms

Ability to quickly pivot if needed as new trends, partnership posts or launches arise
