About the role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting team.
- In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency across multiple areas, including expenses, cash, and international entities bookkeeping.
- Your responsibilities will include month-end close activities, account reconciliations, international entities accounting, financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries, maintain account reconciliations, and prepare and contribute to the month-end close package
- Own end-to-end bookkeeping and month-end close for international subsidiaries, ensuring all accounts are fully reconciled
- Manage intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and related balance sheet reconciliations
- Support statutory compliance requirements across jurisdictions in coordination with external advisors
- Prepare and maintain accrual journal entries for US entity at month
- Partner with FP&A and business owners to validate estimates, explain variances, and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment
- Experience with multi-currency accounting and foreign subsidiary bookkeeping
- Proficiency in NetSuite
- Spanish language proficiency

- Support the annual audit by preparing and organizing PBC documentation for external auditors (Big 4)
