About the role

The Quant will have the opportunity to work in one of our offices focusing on expanding and optimizing current and future trading opportunities.

Work with the team to optimize the current strategy components and identify new trading opportunities
Ability to understand the optimization and profiling of trading systems with proven success of developing models in a low latency trading environment

A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree with an emphasis in a STEM related field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.) with more than 2 years of relevant work experience

Experience with Python, C++, and machine learning tools
Strong multi-tasking skills, including the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at one time

In addition to a base salary, we offer performance-based bonuses, reflecting our commitment to rewarding excellence.
The expected base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and skills.
