About the role

  • You'll join a very small, elite product team that works directly with Unify's founders and executive team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product. You'll define what we build alongside our founders - with strong opinions rooted in deep customer understanding and business context.
  • Drive strategy and execution for your pods. You'll be directly responsible for a couple of growth engineering pods - owning the roadmap, setting priorities, and making sure your teams are shipping the highest-impact work.
  • Own the product.
  • 5-8 years building product, ideally at early-stage or high-growth B2B/SaaS companies.

Requirements

  • You have strong taste and a track record of shipping products that users love.
  • You can read a tech spec, understand system constraints, and have a real conversation with engineers about tradeoffs.
  • You know which numbers matter and you move them.
