- Job Description Summary: Position Objective: Ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for marketing email production.
Responsibilities
- This role partners with internal teams and external agencies to streamline workflows, optimize processes, and ensure all email campaigns are delivered on time and at the highest quality.
- Manage the end-to-end email production process, including project kickoffs, scheduling, execution, reviews, approvals, and final delivery using project management tools.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agency teams to develop and maintain timelines, milestones, and standardized workflows for all customer-facing email communications.
- Maintain and continuously improve documentation, identifying opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and innovation.
- Support additional projects and operational initiatives as needed.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally (creative, marketing, development, and agency partners).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond quickly to feedback and changing priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience; project management certification is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in email operations, marketing production, or a traffic /project management role.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and Figma; experience with project management tools preferred.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is expected to be $80,000 - $87,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
