About the role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our operational programs.
- In this role, you will act as the glue between our internal teams, ensuring that every project is delivered on time and meets our high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Perform data analysis to track program KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including status reports, budgets, and operational manuals.
- Participate in various other tasks and projects as needed to support the growth of the organization.
Requirements
- Must be able to demonstrate lawful ability to work in the United States

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Working knowledge of tools and technologies relevant to the role.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in a changing environment.
Nice to have
- PMP or CAPM certification.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth entrepreneurial setting.
- internship or relevant academic project experience is a plus.
- No previous professional experience required
- Knowledge of food service industry preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain systems and solutions preferred.
Compensation
- $61,000 - $68,000
