Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to achieve project goals.
- Lead, manage and motivate project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives and milestones.
- Identify potential risks and develop risk management plans to mitigate any negative impact on the project.
- Develop and manage project schedules, identify critical path activities, set milestones, and track progress against the schedule.
Requirements
- 5-10+ year of construction management experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
- Experience using Procore is considered an asset
- Develop and implement quality management plans and processes to ensure that the project meets or exceeds the required quality standards.
Nice to have
- A diploma or university degree in construction management preferred or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
