About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and configure the FDM and other modules to support accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Lead initiatives to improve financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and communicate project plans, timelines, and status reports to stakeholders.

  • The Solution Architect will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of the Workday Financials suite, with a strong focus on the FDM.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Workday Financials modules, including Financial Accounting, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Business Assets, Procurement and Banking and Settlement.
  • Expertise in FDM configuration and management.
  • Proficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • 4+ years of experience with Workday Financials implementation and support
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $154,652-$230,122.
  • For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
