About the role

Define the vision, strategy, and operating model for engineering diagnostics across the robot platform.
Establish scalable processes, investigation frameworks, and team capabilities.
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical rigor, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing diagnostics and analysis team.
Drive issue triage, fault isolation, root cause analysis, and ownership attribution.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, reliability, quality, and field teams to drive efficient issue resolution.
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing engineering teams while scaling processes and operational rigor.

8+ years of experience in systems engineering, diagnostics, integration, test, reliability, software, controls, or related engineering disciplines supporting complex electromechanical systems.
3+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams, including senior and staff-level engineers.
Experience with telemetry, observability, logging, and engineering analytics tools used to diagnose and resolve system issues.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Robotics, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
