- In this cross‑functional, individual‑contributor role, you'll partner deeply with product, research, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams to translate complex technical work into clear, compelling stories.
- You'll help Cohere articulate what we're building, why it matters, and how our technology is reshaping enterprise AI.
- You'll craft narratives that resonate with technical and non‑technical audiences alike, and build programs that elevate Cohere's product leadership and technical credibility.
Nice to have
- Have 5-7 years of experience in product and technology communications, or technical content - ideally in AI, enterprise software, or developer‑focused environments
- Are an exceptional writer with a talent for simplifying complex technical topics without losing nuance
- Have experience partnering with product and engineering leaders and can operate as a trusted advisor
- Are highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong project management skills and a bias for action
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments
- Have experience with product launches, technical content development, or developer‑focused communications
Skills
- Work closely with marketing to ensure consistency across product marketing, developer content, and external communications
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to refine messaging and understand what resonates with technical audiences
Compensation
- $100,000 - $210,000 USD
