Responsibilities

  • Own every client engagement from strategy through delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Grow existing client relationships by identifying expansion opportunities, building business cases, presenting ROI, and closing additional work.
  • Drive accountability between meetings by coordinating multiple workstreams across both client and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in strategic account management, management consulting, or professional services with ownership of senior client relationships.
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying role with a track record of identifying expansion opportunities and closing business.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional client engagements involving multiple internal teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand a client's economics, operating model, and strategic priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
