About the role

The best operational leaders in healthcare never fully leave the clinic, and we don't want you to.
You're an operator who came up through the clinic.
You know what good therapy looks like from the inside.

You'll own everything across PT and OT - strategy, operations, finance, talent, clinical quality, and growth - across a multi-site therapy operation that's expanding fast.
You'll report directly to the COO, manage Clinic Managers and therapy office staff, and sit at the intersection of clinical excellence and operational performance.
You'll maintain 10-25% direct clinical productivity - staying close to the floor, modeling expectations, and keeping your instincts sharp.
You don't manage by instinct alone.
You build dashboards, track KPIs, and hold teams accountable to metrics that actually connect to patient outcomes and financial performance.
You develop people.
Building a therapy platform that serves them - at the same standard as everyone else - is the job.

Both skills are required here.
Familiarity with Illinois Medicaid and commercial payer dynamics is a genuine advantage.

You understand outpatient therapy economics, billing, and reimbursement - not at a surface level, but well enough to own a P&L and defend it.
