- As a Director, Demand Generation, you'll be a driving force in our demand generation engine.
- You're a data-driven and creative marketer who thrives on analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization, and constantly iterating to achieve ambitious results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, webinars, events, social, trade pubs, and more), working within established strategies and guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize impact.
- Manage campaign deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.
- Collaborate with the content and portfolio marketing teams to develop compelling campaign messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
- Maintain status reports for all current campaigns, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Empower BDR and Sales teams with the tools and insights needed to turn leads into relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building a collaborative, results-oriented culture
Requirements
- Ability to translate complex data into executive-level standardized readouts that focus on pipeline momentum and ROI rather than just open rates.
- 5+ years of experience in Demand Generation or Digital Marketing.
- While a mix of B2B and B2C experience is acceptable, at least 3 years of experience in a B2B environment is required.
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to translate complex data into executive-level analysis, reporting, and presentation
Skills
- Define campaign plans, channels, ABM approaches, and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
