Requirements
- Must be able to transport and lift the sports equipment (one large, rolling duffel bag, weighing 35 to 45 lbs depending on the sport) Coaches are open-minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey.
- All coaches must be open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular training, following the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum, and receiving feedback.

- New coaches can work 5-15 hours a week and earn $26 per hour (after completing the training period).
- Training wage is $22 per hour and will last at least four weeks.
