About the role

  • The Police Communications Operator is a civilian non-sworn position within the BSU Police Force.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain logs and records relative to police operations through Informant -
  • Keep Crime Log on U-Drive up-to-date as report is generated daily - all reports should be put in by the end of shift
  • Maintains accurate records for all BSU Parking Citations, daily, as assigned by the PCO Lead/Supervisor.
  • Maintains Administrative Call-In Log in Informant recording time when

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to successfully pass Criminal Justice Information System Test.
