About the role
- The role entails having a technical comfortability with data and includes a wide range of activities on both the strategic and the tactical level.
- This role is Hybrid, which means you will be assigned to our Pittsburgh, PA office and given the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of the implementation project from kickoff to production go-live.
- Maintain project documentation, update status reports, and ensure records are accurate and accessible.
- Manage issues to ensure timely resolution by using existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Support project managers on long duration client onboarding and implementation projects.
- Learn and maintain a deep understanding of the business solutions offered through our products and services to ensure optimal client onboarding and solution delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration or related technical field and understanding project management principles.
- 1-3 years of experience in an implementation, technical support, or analytics role (internship experience will be considered).
- Basic proficiency in SQL and ability to work with structured data for validation and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- able to collaborate effectively with global colleagues and clients.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of data management principles (ETL, schemas, data structures).
- Demonstrated understanding of generative AI tools and how they can be applied to improve implementation efficiency, communication, risk awareness, and collaboration across teams.
- Salary range $60,000.00- $70,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
