Responsibilities
- And, of course, discounts on Stanley Black & Decker tools and products and well as discount programs for many other vendors and partners.
- Perform hands-on concept development, prototyping, product testing, and data collection.
- Perform tests, prepare and analyze test results and provide guidance back to product development team.
- Utilizes experience and cross-functional interaction to deliver solutions that are innovative, manufacturable, and cost effective.
- Investigate design issues and test failures and effectively drives corrective actions.
- Effectively maintains appropriate documentation for work performed.
- Perform technical tests, analyze results, and provide actionable design advice to engineering teams.
- Stay abreast of emerging technical and process advancements; support the adoption of state-of-the-art practices across the organization.
- Provide technical consultation to Engineering Support team members, allied teams, and other stakeholders.
- Work with other Technicians to create best practices.
