Responsibilities
- Design systems, procedures, and process improvements.
- Support management efficiency and effectiveness in a government environment.
- Support methodology planning, change management, risk registers, dependency tracking, and process documentation where needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, accounting, or another business-related field.
- Demonstrated experience designing systems and procedures.
- Ability to complete IRS suitability / staff-like access requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience improving federal cybersecurity, audit, compliance, or IT service delivery processes.
- Experience with SOPs, process maps, risk registers, change control logs, QASP, PMPs, and governance artifacts.
- Experience supporting knowledge transfer, transition-in, transition-out, or methodology updates.
- IRS / Treasury / Publication 1075 / Safeguards experience.
