About the role

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this enterprise-level role is responsible for accelerating commercial growth by leveraging Genius' technology, data, and distribution capabilities.

Drive revenue growth through new business development, partnerships, and innovative monetization strategies
Expand and optimize media and data driven inventory across football to maximize commercial value
Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, product, and marketing teams to deliver integrated partnership solutions

Proven experience in the sports industry, with deep expertise in global soccer
Strong track record in rights acquisition, partnerships, and revenue generation
Experience leading senior, globally distributed teams in a high growth or complex environment
Established network within global soccer (clubs, leagues, federations)
Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and delivery
