Bachelor's degree in human service field, law, criminal justice, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in conducting record reviews
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Must have satisfactory background checks.
Use of a personal vehicle for travel is required.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in conducting investigations, preferably in disability services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain objectivity, confidentiality, and sensitivity during investigations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Become a certified Abuse and Neglect Investigator as prescribed by state where conducting investigations.
Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
