Responsibilities
- Detail oriented, organized, ability to manage multiple tasks
- Can coach Team Leads and other Employees on basic lean principles such as MDI, 5S, Standard work, Waste, etc.
- Collaborates with stakeholders on various levels to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.
- Use of computer systems for document creation, like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Can create and edit documents on Autocad, CREO and Inventor
- Ability to teach others on new software for torque tool setup, document visualization, etc
- Ability to read and understand part prints, CAD models and provide feedback to design engineering, management or peers
- Ability to implement 5S across multiple workstations
- The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining production processes to drive quality and efficiency and to develop manufacturing plans which improve operations competitiveness.
