About the role
- In this customer-facing role, you'll oversee all operations of the home decor accessories department-including sales performance, team development, merchandising, inventory management, and marketing.
- This is a full-time, in-store leadership role requiring availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Success in this role is driven by a passion for home decor, sharp sales instincts, leadership that motivates, and the ability to seamlessly coordinate both front-end and back-end operations.

Compensation
- $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
