Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (JD, MBA, or equivalent) preferred. · Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or related roles within the financial services, fintech, or blockchain industry. · In-depth knowledge of global regulatory frameworks governing cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. · Proven track record of successfully navigating complex regulatory environments. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Experience working with regulatory bodies and industry associations is highly desirable. · High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity and transparency.
