Responsibilities
- Support daily operations related to Dayforce WFM processes, including configuring and testing new requirements
- Provide support by troubleshooting issues, managing support requests, and ensuring timely resolution for users
- Maintain HR data integrity by auditing records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting ongoing employee data changes
- Partner with HR partners to identify and deliver optimization opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders to test, validate, and document system updates and enhancements
- Manage HR Data imports
- Perform other HRIS-related duties as assigned, including process improvement, system optimization, and special projects
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize system use
- Ability to work with confidential materials and employee information and maintain confidentiality
- Deliver excellent customer service
Nice to have
- Strong working knowledge and technical expertise with HRIS
- experience with Dayforce HCM strongly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
- experience with Power Query, BI tools, or data visualization strongly preferred
- Agentic AI experience preferred
Compensation
- The United States base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $90,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO.
