Engineering Professional, Site/Civil Engineering is a mid-level position in Wight & Company's Land Development group.

Utilization of Autodesk Civil 3D for design and documentation.
Perform civil and site engineering analysis for site plans, site layout, utilities, stormwater management, green infrastructure, earthwork, grading, erosion control under the direct supervision of a senior engineer.
Assist in the preparation of design documentation including Civil 3D models and drawings under the guidance of senior engineers.
Conduct research on materials, products, municipal/zoning codes, systems, and sustainable design practices to inform project decisions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including architecture, sustainability, construction, and other consultants, to support the integrated delivery of projects.
Perform construction phase activities including submittal review and construction site observations.
Adapt to various roles within a project and perform at a high level. Proactively accepts tasks beyond the primary scope and adjusts to changing priorities to ensure project success, team collaboration, and firm excellence.
A genuine interest in integrated design and delivery, with a commitment to professional growth and development.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience in all phases of project development.

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from ABET accredited civil engineering program.
Master of Science (MS) degree from ABET accredited civil engineering program a plus.
Internship in an engineering firm a plus.
Successful completion of Fundamentals of Engineering (F.E.) exam and EIT Certification a plus.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license a plus.
Licensing and Certification: Successful completion of Fundamentals of Engineering (F.E.) exam and EIT Certification a plus.

$75,000 - $115,000. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
