Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate the impacts of proposed and/or implemented pricing strategies and governance.
  • Create price recommendations to ensure compliance with established policies.
  • Manage large projects or processes, functioning as a pricing subject matter expert between the enterprise and the operating unit.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with 8+ years of relevant experience in Pricing or Contracts, or equivalent experience
  • OR Associate's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • OR Baccalaureate Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.
  • The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and pricing impact assessment methods
  • Experience supporting contract pricing, commercial agreements, or pricing governance processes
  • Skills in interpreting pricing metrics, business performance data, and analytical outputs
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across pricing, contracts, sales, and marketing
  • Experience managing large pricing projects or serving as a pricing subject matter expert
  • Skills in coaching, training, or providing guidance to colleagues within pricing or contracts functions
  • Advanced degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field preferred
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
