About the role

  • We are looking for a Sales Associate who delivers an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members through a compelling approach to offering studio memberships, and retail products and services.
  • The Sales Associate builds relationships and translates the mission of STRONG through its product and service offerings.
  • They will have a strong focus on behaviors that drive member acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new members effectively and assist with retention activities to drive studio profitability.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on leads and potential new business opportunities.
  • Promote marketing campaigns and special offers to leads and existing members.
  • Manage leads using company software and execute daily outreach activities to maximize conversion.
  • Collaborate with the Studio Manager to ensure a member-centric experience.
  • Build strong relationships with members and act as a resource for their questions and concerns.
  • Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted as necessary to support departmental and organizational needs.
  • Strives for excellence, continuously improving to deliver high-impact results.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on relationship-based selling and value-building
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

  • SALARY: $15/hour
