Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Understand both current and future-state business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI. Translate complex data sets into clear and actionable insights for business users at all levels.
Validate data integrity, ensure consistency of reports and dashboards, and troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy, system integration, and business logic.
Create comprehensive documentation for business requirements, technical specifications, data models, analytical methodologies, and standard operating procedures.
Develop custom programming solutions to address specific business needs, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance data workflows.
Provide technical support and end user training, enabling users to utilize BI tools and SQL effectively.
Design, develop, and maintain API integrations to facilitate seamless data exchange between internal systems and external platforms.
Document API specifications, usage guidelines, and best practices for both internal teams and external partners.
Administer, monitor, and maintain database systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
Manage database access and user permissions in accordance with compliance and security policies.

Collect business intelligence data from sources which may include industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased findings.
Analyze the data to identify any trends that could impact your business' strategies.
Prepare analytical reports to summarize findings and share with the appropriate company stakeholders through established communication processes.
2-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, DBA or similar role
Proven proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and API integrations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
3-5 years experience
