About the role

  • Join a dynamic and collaborative finance team as a Vice President of Fund Accounting, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing complex fund structures and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Support fund liquidity management, including cash management, investor capital calls, and distributions.
  • Drive process improvements and onboarding of new funds to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration with offshore resources.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting, with a strong preference for public accounting (Big 4) or corporate finance experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems such as Geneva or Investran.
  • Experience with tax compliance and reporting processes.
  • Knowledge of credit facility management and regulatory compliance.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
  • CPA or CPA candidate preferred.

Compensation

  • Manage quarterly and annual reporting processes, coordinating with external administrators and auditors to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
