About the role
- As a TFX Solutions Specialist for the Americas you'll help execute our growth strategy for Transactional FX as part of the wider PFS group (Payments and Foreign Exchange Solutions).
- Success means measurable growth in Transactional FX volumes, increased wallet share with existing clients and consistently strong client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide structured feedback to TFX product development to support a cohesive, market-leading client service
- Working closely with regional and global colleagues you'll build market awareness, develop a strong client pipeline and convert opportunities into sustainable volumes and profitability.
Requirements
- Apply knowledge of the payments landscape within the Americas region
- Apply working knowledge of technology solutions and how systems translate into business value delivery
