SCC Housing Services offers a range of housing services to provide the optimal intensity and duration of supportive services needed for the individuals and families we serve to thrive.
We house people without preconditions such as sobriety because housing is a basic human right.
Sabathani's CoC Pathways Home offers Permanent Supportive Housing for those experiencing chronic homelessness.

Direct Support and Documentation* 85% · Intake of participants. · Examining participant income and family composition. · Providing housing information and assistance. · Inspecting units for compliance and housing quality standards (HQS) · Process rental payments to landlords.
This is a long-term service designed for those having the greatest needs and vulnerability in our community.
