- The Business Intelligence Associate is an essential member of the DPI team and reports directly to the Senior Business Intelligence Manager.
Responsibilities
- We work with educators, researchers, technology leaders, and communities to design, investigate, and scale innovations that support learners.
- Develop and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, triggers, validations, and other Salesforce objects and functions, including custom objects when necessary.
- Build and maintain workflows using Workflow Rules and Flow under the direction of the Senior Business Intelligence Manager.
- Utilize data quality tools (e.g., Apsona, Data Import Wizard, DemandTools) to maintain data integrity and resolve data issues across the platform.
- Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau that support organizational data needs and progress toward goals and metrics.
- Support the development and iteration of KPI frameworks and executive reporting under the direction of the Senior BI Manager.
- Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate with staff across programs, operations, and development to understand their data needs and translate them into effective Salesforce and Tableau solutions.
- Provide user support and troubleshooting assistance to Salesforce and Tableau users across the organization.
- Deliver user guides and training materials for new features, processes, and system updates.
- Participate in requirements-gathering conversations and help document technical specifications for data and BI projects.
Requirements
- Additional travel may be required based on role and responsibilities.
- Must be willing to build inclusive relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels within the organization and external partners.
- Special Provisions: Occasional work outside of normal business hours, such as weekends and evenings required.
- Qualifications Activity pursuing or earned Salesforce Administrator Certification; experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Starter Pack preferred.
Compensation
- $89k-$105k
