  • The Business Intelligence Associate is an essential member of the DPI team and reports directly to the Senior Business Intelligence Manager.

Responsibilities

  • We work with educators, researchers, technology leaders, and communities to design, investigate, and scale innovations that support learners.
  • Develop and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, triggers, validations, and other Salesforce objects and functions, including custom objects when necessary.
  • Build and maintain workflows using Workflow Rules and Flow under the direction of the Senior Business Intelligence Manager.
  • Utilize data quality tools (e.g., Apsona, Data Import Wizard, DemandTools) to maintain data integrity and resolve data issues across the platform.
  • Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau that support organizational data needs and progress toward goals and metrics.
  • Support the development and iteration of KPI frameworks and executive reporting under the direction of the Senior BI Manager.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate with staff across programs, operations, and development to understand their data needs and translate them into effective Salesforce and Tableau solutions.
  • Provide user support and troubleshooting assistance to Salesforce and Tableau users across the organization.
  • Deliver user guides and training materials for new features, processes, and system updates.
  • Participate in requirements-gathering conversations and help document technical specifications for data and BI projects.

Requirements

  • Additional travel may be required based on role and responsibilities.
  • Must be willing to build inclusive relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels within the organization and external partners.
  • Special Provisions: Occasional work outside of normal business hours, such as weekends and evenings required.
  • Qualifications Activity pursuing or earned Salesforce Administrator Certification; experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Starter Pack preferred.

Compensation

  • $89k-$105k
