Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to identify new brand acquisition opportunities, discontinue underperforming brands, and renegotiate existing brand licenses
- Resolve any issues or disagreements with external partners in collaboration with legal counsel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, finance, marketing) to execute initiatives that maintain the integrity and market strength of the brands
- Lead and mentor brand management teams, ensuring top talent is retained and developed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content marketing best practices
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets to ensure effective brand execution within deadlines
