About the role
- As our new Project Controller, you will be responsible for supporting our project managers in overall financial control and scheduling related to a project or portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project control reports to support project management such as: Cost, Planning and Scheduling (WBS), Change Management, Risk, Project Cost Status, KPIs, etc.
- Responsible for developing and implementing project controls standards, procedures, and work process, relating to scopes, documents, budget, and schedule
- Track and manage Contracts (Agreements, Change Orders, Purchase Orders, etc.), manage Client specific databases
- Support Project Managers in the creation and evaluation of project/proposal cost estimates
- Support Project Managers with project initiation and set up in Business Support Systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar project coordination or controller role
- Proficiency with MS Office programs including Excel, Word and MS Project
- Experience with project cost controls and invoicing
- Experience with Siteview, Equis, Deltek, and Adobe is an asset
- Experience working in the environmental services industry is an asset
- Excellent inter-personal and time management skills
- Post-secondary education or demonstrated relevant experience
- Based in any of our Canadian offices with flexible work options

- The salary range for this position is $60,000-80,000. Final agreed-upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location.
