About the role

As our new Project Controller, you will be responsible for supporting our project managers in overall financial control and scheduling related to a project or portfolio of projects.

Develop and maintain project control reports to support project management such as: Cost, Planning and Scheduling (WBS), Change Management, Risk, Project Cost Status, KPIs, etc.
Responsible for developing and implementing project controls standards, procedures, and work process, relating to scopes, documents, budget, and schedule
Track and manage Contracts (Agreements, Change Orders, Purchase Orders, etc.), manage Client specific databases
Support Project Managers in the creation and evaluation of project/proposal cost estimates
Support Project Managers with project initiation and set up in Business Support Systems

3+ years of experience in a similar project coordination or controller role
Proficiency with MS Office programs including Excel, Word and MS Project
Experience with project cost controls and invoicing
Experience with Siteview, Equis, Deltek, and Adobe is an asset
Experience working in the environmental services industry is an asset
Excellent inter-personal and time management skills
Post-secondary education or demonstrated relevant experience
Based in any of our Canadian offices with flexible work options

The salary range for this position is $60,000-80,000. Final agreed-upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location.
Full-time, permanent role with flexible scheduling available.
